NexPoint LeadScout

How it works

What LeadScout looks for, and what it leaves out

A search runs on your schedule. Here is what happens in each one.

  1. It searches public posts from the last two days. It uses your description, your own searches and its own, looking for people asking for recommendations, comparing options, looking for a gift or saying something costs too much.
  2. It skips what isn't a buyer. Stores, brands, resellers, ads, giveaways, news, jokes, anyone selling the same thing, anyone who appears to be under 18, and your own accounts.
  3. It scores interest from 1 to 10. 9 to 10 means ready to buy now, 7 to 8 means shopping or asking for advice. You choose the lowest score you want to see.
  4. It checks that every post is real. A lead must appear in the sources X search returned for that run. Anything else is removed.
  5. It checks every suggested reply. Each one includes your line saying you sell it, has no links, hashtags or emoji, stays under 280 characters, and can't mention a price, discount, "free", guarantee, delivery date or superlative you didn't enter. Replies with words you asked it to avoid are removed too.
  6. It never sends the same post twice, and it tells you how many were left out and why.
  7. You reply. Edit the reply, then post it from your own X account. LeadScout never posts, replies, likes, follows or sends messages.

What we store

Your store description, your settings, and the leads found for you. No X login, password or token. Searches are run by xAI's Grok with X search, and post text in a search is treated as data, never as instructions. Read our privacy policy.

Fair use

Reply to people as you would in person: answer their question first, and only when what you sell really fits. X's rules on spam still apply to what you post.
